They got to my house virtually immediately and quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem, and gave me a lot of good tips about avoiding the problem in the future. The technician was super friendly and even returned the cleaning supplies back under the sink for me, way above and beyond.

All Mr. Rooter plumbers should be learning from the technicians in Cedar City! I'm glad he left his card; otherwise, we wouldn’t have known his name. He went above and beyond and did amazing work! The address that was given to him by the office was misleading, and he could have easily turned around and gone home, but he drove the extra hour to find our place and help us out on a Friday night. He noticed that something was wrong with our shower system and was able to diagnose it and fix it on top of what we initially called in for. He was very friendly, very professional, and definitely a master plumber. He even gave us advice on how to maintain the new fixes and prevent future issues. Request Mr Rooters from Cedar City if you need a plumber! TRUST!
